My role was to take ownership of creative execution across video, social media, and marketing so the team could stay focused on servicing customers.
Hermont Tire had a strong reputation locally, but their digital presence didn’t consistently reflect the level of craftsmanship and professionalism happening in the shop every day.
Content creation was sporadic, video production felt heavy, and launching campaigns or promotions required too much coordination. They didn’t need more ideas — they needed reliable execution.
